How does the game work?

Choose from a variety of fun categories in which each player makes up fake answers to real trivia questions. Score points by tricking people into picking your false answers and by picking the right answer among the duds yourself. A leadership board tallies who is the best tale spinner & who is the easiest to fall for false answers. Truly a game to test the boundaries of your friends imaginations! The game helped me uncover truly how crazy (I meant imaginative) some of my friends were over a stay-cation!

How much does it cost?

Like most popular apps it is free to download, but you can purchase additional question topics. Based on my personal opinion, the free categories are already so much fun and having played for hours it hasn’t seem to get too repetitive yet. However my girlfriends and I had a blast with paid categories (USD $0.99 per category) like “Adults Only” and “It’s the Law”.

Spyfall: The Perfect Game for The Bond-Wannabe or Cluedo Fanatic

How does the game work?

 

Spyfall is all about bluffing, probing questions, clever answers, and suspicion. Every new round, players receive a secret message to their phones, informing them of the group’s location – a casino, space station, pirate ship, circus, (30 unique locations!) – except that one player receives the SPY card instead of the location. The Spy doesn’t know where they are, but wins the round if they can figure it out before they blow their cover!

Players then start asking each other questions to figure out who is the SPY, or if you are the SPY, listen carefully to find out where the location is. To win: non-spies must identify who is the 007 of the group, and spies must identify which location everyone is in – fastest mind wins!

How much does it cost?

Absolutely nothing. Because true entertainment is priceless! No add-ons to take away ads and what not. Unless of course you love it so much you want to get the physical card game too!

Wheel of Drinking: The Perfect Game for An Excuse to Down Another Shot of Whiskey (or Pineapple Tart)

How does the game work?

This is basically a generic drinking game which is so flexible in what it can be used for. Tap the wheel, and perform whatever task it lands on. Play this anytime anywhere, with anything at stake. A perfect excuse if you’re looking to drink or binge eat 🙂

I remembered playing this on a Halloween’s Horror night out at USS, where the queues to get into the horror houses were snaking long, and we were playing this and drinking from a common jug – the stakes: you wouldn’t be able to pee for a really long time.

Space Team: The Perfect Game to Yell at Each Other with No Hard Feelings Whatsoever

How does the game work?

For people who love pushing buttons and yelling at people, this is the perfect game for you. Otherwise, you will get used to it and love it too. I first played this with children and teenagers at a sleepover and it proved to be a hit amongst everyone, including the normally shy ones.

Basically every player is on a spaceship together, operating different system controls. Every few seconds, different instructions will appear on individual players screens -which they may or may not be able to complete (depending if they have the control on their own screens). If not, they have to shout out the instructions, and a fellow space team member who has that control will fulfill it. This all happens concurrently, hence the mob that ensues.

If everyone fulfills all the instructions, the team makes it through to a harder round. TOGETHER! Leave no man/woman behind!
