House renovation has been a relatively huge expense this year, so to help save some money on the decor, I turned to ezbuy to save our bank accounts for home decor wherever possible. (THANKS ezbuy for helping me overcome my shitty chinese reading skills).
As I am still patiently waiting for some of these items to arrive, I’ll just use the product stock images from the ezbuy platform to share with you guys instead. I’ll do another update post when the actual items arrive.
1. Modern Minimalist Designer Chair S$ 37.98
I am planning to set up a minimalist work space, so this simple study chair will definitely help complete that look. And it’s so CHIO! I cannot.
2. Modern Minimalist Fabric Designer Chair S$ 36.06
I have a beautiful handcrafted oak table, with white pendant dining lights at the dining space, so it made sense to look for a white x wooden feel type of chair. No arms so more people can squeeze at the table. I got 8 of these.
3. Waterfall Toilet Tap S$ 35.48 & S$ 45.00
Having explored the various bathroom accessory shops in Singapore from Balestier to Changi, I couldn’t find any taps with the sleek waterfall design that I loved. Plus the fact that taps in Singapore sell from SGD 150 ++ onwards, I turned to Taobao and found this! I got both the short and taller versions for my recessed and mounted sinks. (I got this via ezbuy’s Buy-for-me function since it’s not available on ezbuy itself.)
4. Towel Holder S$ 9.24
I did not realize towel racks cost quite a bit until we started shopping for them. Although I think IKEA also does have some quite affordable ones, we decided to get this particular design from ezbuy. Afterall, it’s quite cheap. Got two of these for the two bathrooms.
5. Toilet Roll Holder S$ 16.47
Looked really sleek! so I bought it in a heartbeat. This particular seller has quite the variety of toilet accessories available so you can check out for other designs. Got this for the master bathroom.
6. Fake Plants S$ 1.00 – S$ 6.15
Because these leaves make such a difference to the environment, I really wanted to get them for the house. It would have been nice to get the real ones, but I have no idea where to get them, and i will probably kill them within weeks, so the fake ones it is. Got 3 of them, one of each size.
7. Laundry Baskets S$ 4.00
These are an adorable and easy way to brighten up the exhausting task of doing the laundry. This is definitely a much prettier addition in the service yard/ bedrooms compared to the traditional red or blue laundry pail used in so many Singaporean households.
8. Cup S$ 3.41
I have been using my Butterbeer plastic mug for drinks ever since my Osaka trip. But I decided my new house needed some classier types of cups and this fits the bill perfectly! Got 6 of them.
9. Placemats S$ 2.34
I was entirely seduced by the pictures in this case. I’m not sure why I need so many placemats, but I got them anyways. Maybe I can take nicer food flatlay shots in the future. Got 8 of them.
10. Marble Backdrop S$ 2.60
Got this in mind for future flatlay shots! I ended up not getting a marble table top for practical reasons (worried about stains and all), but that’s not going to stop me from taking pretty pictures with this cheap and easy solution!

That’s all for now! Will update again when the packages actually make it to my new home and everything gets installed.
Hope that helps with some of your home decor inspirations!
